Hello! I am the Board president of a large condo building that boguht a Lavex Dual 2-Stage Cold Water Carpet Extractor (12 gallon, 100 PSI) about a year ago. We just finally unpacked it (our old cleaner finally broke down) and set it up. Everything seemed to be in order, but the when I pull the handle to release water, a little bit of water dripped out and then nothing. I'm worried we may be out of warranty since it's been over a year since purchase, though I'm trying to get in touch with manufacturer. I am looking for someone who could come out and help diagnose the problem and possibly troubleshoot and fix - if possible. We do not need this person to clean the carpets, though might entertain that depending on estimate of how long it would take. Thank you!
