I want a small deck built in my basement for a washer and dryer to set level on and with enough ledge room to stand on it. I may also want to have a utility tub installed (I already have the tub). I am looking for two quotes.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced bathroom renovation contractor or tile installer who specializes in waterproofing and membrane replacement. Our property recently experienced a bathroom leak affecting the ceiling of the unit below. A licensed plumber has already inspected and repaired the damaged copper elbows, replaced the necessary pipe connections, and performed leak testing. However, the plumber recommended installing a new waterproofing membrane and properly waterproofing the bathroom floor to prevent further leaks. Scope of Work: Inspect the existing bathroom floor, tiles, and waterproofing system. Remove the necessary floor tiles to access the existing membrane. Remove and replace the damaged or defective waterproofing membrane. Properly waterproof and seal the bathroom floor, including floor-to-wall joints and other vulnerable areas. Reinstall or replace floor tiles as needed. Apply grout and waterproof sealant where appropriate. Perform appropriate waterproofing or water testing to confirm the repair. Clean up and remove debris after completing the work. Requirements: Experience with bathroom waterproofing and tile installation. Ability to supply necessary materials. Must provide an itemized estimate for labor and materials. Must confirm estimated completion time. Before-and-after photos required. Please confirm your availability, estimated cost, materials needed, and how long the work will take. We can provide photos and the plumber's findings for reference.
