We live in a block of townhouses. Our neighbour has complained that they are experiencing a leak in their house, and they had an air conditioning tradesperson look at it, who said that it was coming from a split system air conditioning unit in our house. I am therefore looking for someone who can check it out and assess whether it needs to be fixed or replaced. Ideally, I am looking for someone who will be able to come back and do the replacement (if needed) as well, as it is very difficult to find air conditioning trades at this time. It is quite urgent as the neighbours have an active leak in their property, so please get in touch ASAP. Obviously the price is completely dependent on what needs to be done, and so this can be adjusted later.

Summary to what needs to be done: 1. Plumbing for new toilet installation 2. Disconnect removed tub waste 3. Redo the plumbing for shower because old one is too close to where the toilet plumbing will come. 4. Toilet and the shower base installation. You may have to come a second time to do this (once I have finished the tiling) I have attached some pictures for reference: “T” is the old tub waste that we are getting rid of. This waste has to be removed. At this place, we are planning to put in a toilet, so need new 100mm waste is needed at this point. “S” is shower waste. This may need to be replaced if it obstructs the new toilet waste.
