I need a recently cut palm stump ground down as low as possible, ideally below ground level, so the area can be levelled and paved over. The stump is approximately 30–40 cm diameter (see photos). Access is via a side gate (78cm opening), with street parking immediately outside. Happy for the stump to be ground out or removed entirely - whichever is most practical.
