We need to screed up to 100sqm of our slab before floor boards are installed. The area includes 5 stairs, a hallway, and an open plan living space.

A slight fall is required from the doorway towards the drainage (as shown in the photos). I have roughly 40m2 of ceramic flooring which i need hybrid flooring laid over. There are a few high spots which will need levelling but it is surprisingly not too bad according to the square I have used I need it all leveled and the boards laid

I require screeding in both my laundry and bathroom. Laundry= <10sqm bathroom = <5sqm Bathroom currently has a thick layer of terrazzo (which also spans about 10-15cm up the surrounding adjacent walls) which will also need removal. Laundry currently has a concrete sub-floor with tile overlay. Tiles will need removing. Chemical grout injection was performed at the base of these areas in December 2024 due to previous poor drainage in these areas eroding the sub-floor.
