To screed and tile an alfresco area of approximately 40 m2. Tiles have been purchased and will be supplied.

We had removed the original Screed and re screeded but after a few months the screed has separated in areas and had to remove again. We are the bottom floor of an apartment and the concrete is very thick and porous and dried it out too quickly. Extra care must be taken to avoid future separation. Screed only.
