Qualified trades person in carpentry or handy person with own tools and some materials needed ASAP. Fix rotten base timber and rectify any required studs in areas impacted by water leakage in shower area. Install custom-made shower grate/channel (to be provided by owner) in alignment to shower fall in photo. Screed shower base area in preparation for waterproofing etc. Cement sheet cladding of entire bathroom walls plus plasterboard in ceiling. Either provide materials or owner to buy sheets, plasterboard. All other materials by trade guy. Waterproofing and other jobs. Length around 2340mm, internal and external walls around 1820mm each. Total area under 4m2 and ceiling height is normal, not high ceiling. Bits and pieces as renovation continues. The reno work is ongoing and the aim is to complete by end of November or latest 2 weeks into December. Relationship with carpenter will continue on as needed basis for this reno. Hourly rate and hours quote for this job would be ideal. Otherwise, opened to looking at the whole for quote. Preference for a qualified trade person to complete all the jobs to quality level. Otherwise, I can hire individuals for each task noted here. Due date: ASAP

Hi I am renovating a bathroom and need someone to screed and tile the shower and bathroom floor as per plan attached, total area is about 4 sqm. Looking to use 600x600 tiles. Bathroom floor level needs to be raised to match adjoining floor outside to 38mm and shower needs to be screeded for rear waste outlet on existing concrete slab. Once floor has been raised require tiling on screed substrate. Down the side of the house requires no floor raising and only requires direct tiling. This area is an additional 20m2. All up require 50m2 of tiling and 30m2 of 120mm thick screed floor. Will supply tiles. Rest of material, tools and labour to be supplied by tradesperson.

Looking for tiler that can screede a bathroom floor for a walk in shower. Concrete cutting require for preparation to open shower base. Screede to be prepared after site has been cut to scope. Area of shower base approx 1200 x 1100. Must be able to provide quality work and track record of proven work. Tiling of bathroom floor (including screede), toilet and Laundry. Tiles to be provided. Plumbing has been rough in ready for flooring.

Need bathroom waterproofed, caulked and tiled from floor to ceiling and toilet just floor and skirts. Bathroom is 40sq and toilet 2sq. The shower base needs to be screeded for drainage. Tiler will provide everything except the tiles.
