Overall, this task has not been a good experience. Originally the task posted was for bathroom floor screeding, and Nabil recommended that he do the waterproofing as well. At first, I thought he was pretty good and knowledgeable of what was involved. Although I had sent many photos prior, apparently it wasn't clear enough to make the assessment of the floor. Nabil seemed to be polite and friendly at first. The job should have been completed in 2 days, however it was completed after 6 days (delays with his commitments to other jobs, and my availability as well). Halfway through the job, realising that Nabil isn't a licenced waterproofer, did put a halt on the job. Previously he advised that he was "skilled and qualified", but not actually "licenced". To Nabil's credit though, he did arrange for a licenced waterproofer to then complete the job on his behalf. And for this resolution, I am very grateful, and wish him well.

Aprx. 23m2 back porch. Tiles 150x600 tiles. Possibly need screed? 2 corners of slab have broken off during old tile removal process which will also need fixing. Skirting around exterior edge of slab will also need to be done with the same tiles.
