I have a 12-year-old townhouse and suspect water seepage from deteriorated grout in my two shower areas (floors and walls), one at ground floor and the other upstairs. Looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofer to assess and fix this. Scope of work: 1. Remove old/deteriorated grout from shower floor and wall tiles (refer images of the shower areas) 2. Rake out grout to full depth, not just a surface skim 3. Clean and dry the water/moisture under the floor completely before re-grouting 4.
