Hi, we would like our land surveyed and mark boundaries to build fence in lilydale

We are having a fence put up next week and need a land surveyor to come to the property and tell us where the original fence was and what needs to be moved in order to get the fence up. The neighbour whose property it bordered has cut down portions of the fence and excavated where it was so there is some confusion. Also looking for someone to be there on the day (8th of October) to ensure fence is placed in correct place. We have surveyor reports that show the original fence line.

My architect has advised to approach a licensed land surveyor in Victoria to get the following surveys done. 1.
