The worker would need to be here from 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm (4 hours) and assist with putting out plates, serving the dishes (which are pre-cooked), serving coffee and tea, and drinks, packing the dishwasher, and washing some serving platters and glasses, and helping with general serving duties. Canapés will be frozen/chilled and you will help to air fry/bake them, put them on a tray and bring them around to guests.
