Waiter Private 80th Birthday Celebration We’re looking for an experienced and friendly waiter/bar attendant to help at a relaxed cocktail-style 80th birthday celebration being held at our home. Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026 Time: 2:45 pm – 8:00 pm Responsibilities: Greeting guests with drinks on arrival. Serving beer, wine and soft drinks, with regular top-ups throughout the afternoon. Preparing a small selection of simple pre-planned cocktails as required. Managing our drop-off catering, including keeping food warm where required, plating and presenting food using serving dishes provided, and circulating food to guests. Clearing glasses and plates, tidying as you go, and keeping the entertaining area and kitchen organised throughout the event. Providing general kitchen hand support to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who: Has previous waitstaff and bar experience. Is confident preparing simple cocktails. Is proactive, organised and able to work independently. Is friendly, personable and professional. Presents well and is dressed appropriately for a private function. The celebration will have a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere with approximately 35 guests. We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the food and beverage service so our family can enjoy celebrating together.
