Duties include: • Preparing and plating food • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised throughout the night • Washing dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher • Restocking platters and serving items as needed • Cleaning up spills and keeping benches tidy • Assisting with general organisation behind the scenes so the hosts can enjoy the party • Helping with pack-up at the end of the evening This is a behind-the-scenes role to keep everything running smoothly while guests enjoy themselves.

Hi! We need 2 bartenders with waiter capabilities for a 120 person event in Leichhardt Town Hall this Saturday 21st Feb. Times would be 2pm-12am with breaks. We have 2 bartenders already but we need 2 extras as we have had people pull out.
