Looking for 2 waitstaff for my Birthday lunch next weekend for 2-3 hours from 2pm. The lunch is at my apartment for 32 people and will be catered (family style shared dishes) so duties will include topping up drinks (no heavy cocktail making, just pouring wine / beer / spirit + mixer etc), plating and serving dishes, clearing and washing plates. We have 2 bartenders already but we need 2 extras as we have had people pull out.
