PLEASE NOTE: THE DATE OF OUR WEDDING IS 13TH MARCH. DATE WILL BE UPDATED ON HERE ONCE AIRTASKER ALLOWS US TO. Looking for 1 bartender, 1 bartender/wait staff and 2 wait staff for our wedding reception on Saturday 13th March in Bacchus Marsh. Ideally we would like all to have worked together before/ come from the same company. Price is the total for all 4 staff. The Bartender would be for 7 hours, from 4pm - 11pm. The wait staff would be for 4 hours, from 6:30pm - 10:30pm. (allowing for half an hour either side of service for prep/cleanup). The event will have around 100 people. Bartender tasks would be: - Preparing Cocktail hour bar with drinks. - Serving at Cocktail hour - Serving drinks behind the bar at the reception - Some clearing/washing of glasses (making sure there is enough to keep going for the event) - Stocking fridges with drinks from cool room (so enough drinks are available to serve) - Washing all the glasses at the end of the night Wait Staff tasks would be: - Serving food to guests on trays from our two food trucks - Some clearing of empty drinks/food - Some clearing of glasses for bartenders - Set up dessert bar - General tidy at the end of the night (clearing away empty drinks/food/glasses) You will also be provided with some food as well while at the reception.
