Hi there! I know this is a long shot but we very recently had to stop working with our stylist. I have sourced almost everything we need, however we’re looking for help with set up and pack down of our ceremony and reception so that our guests can sit back and relax. Is this something you do, or alternatively do you know anyone in the industry that does just set up and back down?

We require a magician to perform card and coin tricks (etc) to our guests at a reception party. You will be walking around the event and interacting with the guests. You will be required for 2.5hrs from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

Hi, we are looking for a videographer for a small wedding reception in New Farm on the 20/04/24. It’s a very low key event. We would like candid videos of the guests, our entrance, speeches, cake cutting and dancing. An edited video in the end would be perfect. The time will be 5:30-9:30pm.

We require someone to pick up our reception decorations from our house in Noosa, take them to the event space at Noosa Boathouse and have them set up between 2 and 4 pm on April 20 2024. They will then require packing down at 11.30pm that evening and require dropping back off at our house in Noosa. Required to be set up: Table decorations and name tags (not plates or cutlery) Pot plants scattered around room Disco ball on ceiling (hook provided at venue) Total time required to set up and packdown should be no more than a total of three hours as minimal decoration is required. Needing a kitchen hand to help clean up tables throughout the night and wash up You won’t have to wash up plates or cutlery Its mainly glassware as the catering company will do the rest. Also making sure there’s always glassware in the bar area. Time will be from 2:30- 11:30pm, the last hour from 10:30-11:30pm will be just washing up and cleaning the area and also helping remove decorations of the tables. Please be at least 15 minutes early so you can get set up and ready to start. You will have a break and can also have 3-4 free soft drinks throughout the night just bring your own lunch/dinner for when your on your break.
