Event Support Staff – Golf Event 🕙 10:00am – 2:00pm Caddie Assistance & Event Coordination ⚠️ TWO STAFF REQUIRED – Please book only if you have a buddy to attend with you. Duties and responsibilities : • Registration and check-in assistance • Moving golf bags to carts for players and guests • Moving banners and promotional materials • Set-up and coordination for the Golf Tee-Off Ceremony • Ceremony pack-up • General event coordination during working hours 🔺 Please share your experience in golf playing and event coordination relevant to this role. Important Notes: • This is not an on-course caddie role (assistance is for registration area only) • Meals are not included • Please bring your own water. Water can be refilled at the bar for free • Some lifting and carrying (golf bags and event materials) required 🔸 The quoted price includes two caddies for the full duration of the registration (10:00am–2:00pm). 🔸 $40 per hour for additional hours (if applicable)

Have 25 guest coming over, just need support with food prep, table set up, serving guests, offering drinks, clearing plates and loading the dishwasher. Casual not formal, people will be outside and around the pool.

Hello! Need a person to help at an event down in bondi beach pav. Xmas party! Need a person who can be in the weardrobe with my other staff to help collecting peoples jackets/bags on arrival in exchange for a ticket, and then hand it back at the end of the night. We are looking for 5 waiters, 3 bar staff and a supervisor for our function at the Prince Henry Centre Little Bay NSW https://g.co/kgs/kXkNvWD The event runs from 10.30am - 4pm, we are looking for staff from 9.30 am - 5pm (7.5hours) We need public liability insurance which Airtasker provides for just the person taking the job. Please submit your pricing per hour About the event Mostly standing event for 160 adults and 30 kids, no table service, disposable plates and cutlery, and glasses to wash. Soft drinks, wine, and mix drinks, the crowd is mostly older people and not expected to drink much alcohol. We have event coordinators.

*Budget is total amount for all 3x staff together* We are hosting an event at a residence in Coogee and require 2x bar staff and 1x floor staff to assist at the event. The bar staff to serve drinks from our bar (beer, wine & spritz’s), and the floor staff to help with replenishing food and cleaning as they go. We require these services from 3pm (event starts at 3.30pm) until 9pm in the evening. Dress should be smart causal, black tshirt, chinos/jeans, and sneakers.
