Date: Saturday 7 March Time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm Location: Mosman I run a pop-up business and will need help with: • Packing down my pop-up setup • Assisting with unpacking and organising items for the event • Walking flowers across to Thai Nine (short, easy walk) • Laying out place cards and gifts • Placing printed wine menus at each setting • General organisation to make sure everything flows smoothly Basically, I need an organisational fairy — someone calm, efficient, detail-oriented and happy to take initiative. You’ll need to: • Be punctual and well-presented • Be physically capable of light lifting • Have a good eye for detail • Be comfortable taking direction but also thinking ahead This is a stylish, celebratory event with a great vibe — I just need an extra pair of capable hands so I can focus on hosting.

We are seeking 10 staff to man activity booths at a work event based outdoors in Mosman. The event will be held on Thursday 19th March, from 7:15am- 10:15am. there will be coffee provided, and catered brunch included. You’ll be manning an activity booth, instructing teams how to participate, taking notes and scoring, and directing them to the next activity. The rate is $25per hour.
