We will need some chairs, silk flowers and bar staff for the one hour of the ceremony. Specifically: - 15 chairs, preferably white (we are not allowed more than 15 chairs) - 2 weighted market umbrellas, also preferably white - Small table and ice for serving drinks - approx. 50 champagne flutes and 50 tumblers - bartenders for one hour - 2 plinths for altar - potted silk flower arrangement for plinths and floor - say 12 in total. - set up, pack down. We will provide the drinks for you to serve. Will be some sparkling, beer and water. You will need to be set up before 5pm when guests arrive, and can pack up from 630pm. For the table arrangements, there are 3 long tables in a barn and we are looking for low profile table runner arrangements where the flowers are not in vases but arranged flat on the tables using something like jasmine. This is for my 50th and I am looking for a combination of staff to assist and taking on some of the food prep myself (prior to the event and hence just serving/heating) . The plan is to provide a combination of hot and cold canapes so that they can be served whilst things are being cooked/heated. I also would like a "dessert table" to be laid out in time for the cake toward the end of the service. This is a private house with a well stocked / organised kitchen. I would prefer a team that has worked together in the past but am also open to individuals. I am looking for: 1/ A confident multi-tasker in the kitchen to cook/heat and serve food, and tidy up as you go. (NB We have 2 ovens, induction top and an air fryer). I will share a list of canapes that will be prepared 2/ A waitress/waiter to serve canapes, help with collecting/washing glasses - potentially two 3/ A barman to prepare drinks and keep on top of glasses - including Cosmopolitans, G&T, Old Fashioned, Beer, Wine and Bubbles Time of the event and canape service is roughly 2pm to 6pm.
