We are hosting a large Christmas party on Saturday 21st December in our home in Pymble. Approximately 80 people in attendance. We need someone who is competent and confident in BBQ and Grill (especially burgers) and generally smart with hosting, prepping food and setting up. We are pre-purchasing all food and drink so you don't need to buy any food except ice. We would need you by 9am and the party is from 11-2. You would also need to have your own BBQ tools and cleaning equipment as ours are poor! ... En route: pick up ice ... 9am: arrive and clean BBQ ... 930-11am: help set up - help move tables, cut fruit and vegetables, put on tablecloths, arrange Cutlery, lay out drinks etc (1045am - grab a quick break!) ... 11am: people arrive, lay out chips and dip ... 1115-1230: cook the BBQ. You will be making burgers from fresh minced beef so you would need to be experienced with this. We will also have Premarinated chicken thighs. ... 1230-1pm: change from lunch to dessert fruit and cakes ... 1pm: start cleaning up, including putting away disposables, clean BBQ etc ... 2pm: leave (though if flexible to stay for extra clean up for paid, let us know) ...
