The airconditions not going to heat mode

We will need 2 kitchen hands to unpack, heat, serve, pack up leftovers etc. of already cooked food, and provide any required table service. It will be on Labour Day, Monday 8th March 2021, from 12pm to 4pm at a hall in Mentone for an engagement party of about 90 guests. You will help setup 12-12:30pm and pack-up near the end of the event. All food and equipment will be provided. Event dress code is 'cocktail'. As the event is a lunch, food will also be provided for staff. Any bid must be for 2x staff unless otherwise specified, in which case you should be working on about half the budgeted amoubt.

The dishwasher cleaning is a bit inconsistent, at times some utensils come out unclean. Need some servicing and advice
