We need one experienced waiter to assist at a private home for a wake to be held on Saturday, 16 August for 25 people or less. The worker would need to be here from 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm (4 hours) and assist with putting out plates, serving the dishes (which are pre-cooked), serving coffee and tea, and drinks, packing the dishwasher, and washing some serving platters and glasses, and helping with general serving duties.
