The BBQ is the big job as there will be a lot of German sausages to cook. As mentioned the party is Oktoberfest themed. My family will all be dressed up in lederhosen and dirndl (traditional german dress) as well as some of the guests. Would prefer if the kitchen person was also dressed up and happy to pay extra to cover the costs hiring or buying costumes. Run time is 7 hours (1.30pm to 8.30pm) Happy to pay up to $350 each or $450 if in costume. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 25 October 2026
