Looking for a friendly and reliable person to help prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails at a private event. Duties include basic drink mixing including cocktails and mocktails of basic type , setting up the bar area, and keeping things tidy. No formal bartending qualification required—experience and a good attitude are key. Timing 11.30am to 3.30pm

Tasks would include; - plate up platters and bowls for main meal (7 tables) - wash up baking dishes and containers etc - tidy kitchen as needed - dish up birthday cake - pack up leftover food - replenish relied with drinks - top up punch - collect and rinse glasses throughout evening - collect empty bottles - monitor rubbish bins and empty in big bin as needed - lightly rinse knives and forks and pack for return to hire company - other tasks as needed for smooth running of party.

Function held at sunny bank hall- required people to serve food and tidy up

need 2 bar staff for cocktail party in a hall. the Alcohol will already be premade and will require the mixers to be added when serving. will require persons from 5.30pm - 8.30pm. to set up glasses on trays , drinks and counter before party starts at 6.00pm

Need someone to help clean up during/after an engagement party. Need someone for a few hours of work (7-9pm) to clean up cups, plates etc and generally help out. Please wear something semi nice as it is for a formal event.

Hi. Looking for two more people to work my Oktoberfest themed birthday party on Saturday 25th October. Will require someone on the BBQ and another in the kitchen doing food prep/distributing food. The BBQ is the big job as there will be a lot of German sausages to cook. As mentioned the party is Oktoberfest themed. My family will all be dressed up in lederhosen and dirndl (traditional german dress) as well as some of the guests. Would prefer if the kitchen person was also dressed up and happy to pay extra to cover the costs hiring or buying costumes. Run time is 7 hours (1.30pm to 8.30pm) Happy to pay up to $350 each or $450 if in costume. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 25 October 2026
