catering for a light lunch for an education day

We're looking for a experienced professional and charismatic person to be in charge of a small team of 4 people to serve food and drinks at our wedding. The team will be 4 people, 1 bartender 2 waiters, 1 cook to heat up finger food. There will be about 90 guests, service will be canape and buffett table, no table service. All food will be pre prepared, except for some finger food items that will need to be heated. The drinks menu is straightforward (no cocktails) The shift time is 2pm - 8pm Sat 9 Mar 2024, in Woodend 3442. Happy to pay travel allowance for staff coming from Melbourne or other locations.

Hi there, I need two bartenders/waiters for an event at Lauriston Hall (close to Kyneton). The proper time will be decided closer to the event but will be around 4-10pm. The appropriate applicant will need to have skills in bartending including a small amount of drink service, cleaning up empties and restocking ice buckets with drinks etc. The person needs to able to show initiative and be proactive throughout the night without needing direction. The food service will be just setting out some platters and salads prior to the event then potentially scooping Icecream for dessert.
