Bar service, cocktail making and glass collection/washing for a party or approx 40 people in Marrickville. We will provide all alcohol and have a reasonable array of glasses, cocktail shakers, blenders etc, but can discuss any other equipment that is required to be provided. Working from 5pm-midnight. If circumstances require, may also require providing assistance with some simple food service.

Hi there, I would like a cocktail maker or bartender for a private gathering. Alcohol will be supplied - I require someone to make and serve the drinks, clean glasses and plates (stack in dish washer) and help serve nibbles to a small group of people. 2 staff needed for 50th birthday party in a venue in Marrickville. About 90 guests. Italian glam theme. Setup for 8pm guest arrival, stop service at 1am (they can look after themselves after that!) so only leave the bar tidy, no full cleanup. Menu will be some beers, champagne and a cocktail.
