My husband and I are having a joint 40th bday party at a residence in the city. At this stage there will probably be about 50 adult guests from 5.30pm. We're looking for someone who has experience in bartending and making cocktails to help us out. It's a lot of guests so if need be we could probably have a self-serve station for wine and beer but keen to at least have someone to make cocktails for 4-5hrs! We'd supply everything.
