Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with costumes and lycra/stretch fabrics to help me finish making a superhero costume. This will be used for live kids’ shows and online content. I already have the materials: • Red lycra bodysuit (with zipper front) • Large yellow lycra sheet (2m × 1.6m) • Yellow boots with white laces • Foam strips (for belt and accents) • Laminated “M” star logos (to be removable with velcro) What I need done: • Design input on placement of accents (based on mockup I’ll provide) • Cut and sew yellow cape with white trim (trim material i'll need to get) • Add yellow stripes to arms and legs of the bodysuit • Sew velcro onto bodysuit and cape for removable logos • Make belt from foam, covered with yellow lycra, with a white/yellow star buckle at front • Optional small details (arm/leg bands, extra trim if time allows) Skills needed: • Experience working with lycra/stretch fabrics • Costume making or tailoring background • Comfortable with design collaboration (I have a mockup to guide the build) Location: Sydney (closer to Earlwood is better, but I can travel if needed). Although I've had the machine for some time, I use it rarely, so it's almost a new. I was therefore very disapointed when I tried to use it a couple of days ago and the lever that raises and lowers the sewing foot broke. I'm thinking it needs to be replaced, if that's possible.

Hi guys, I have 3 cushions approx 450 x 885 and 125mm thick. I have the material and need someone to professionally create cushion covers for these. I would like the tops to be wrapped with polyester lining to smooth out the curves. No zipper necessary. I have 3 cushions and material only. Need you to purchase polyester lining if possible. I can drop off and pick up to your location. I would ideally like them turned over fairly quickly say the next week or two if possible. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I have just had a daybed constructed into a bay window. I have had a foam mattress made and now need a calico cover and the top cover cut from material I have purchased and sewn together complete with zippers. The covers need to be snug fitting with zippers concealed at the back and all seams to be internal. The shape of the mattress is trapezoidal and is approximately 2.5m long on the front edge, 1.45m along the back side and 0.5m wide while being 150mm thick. Everything except the thread will be provided.

Hi there, I am looking to have someone sew a fabric I’ve already purchased onto this cushion seat. Its intended use is for a kitchen nook. Ideally, I’d like a zipper at the back for its easy removal and wash. Its L is 1.3m by 45cm. It seems an easy job, I just have to sewing experience!
