I will supply the pre-printed linen fabric panels and woven brand/care labels. Task Scope: Cut/trim 12 panels from the supplied fabric (2 pieces of fabric with 6 designs printed on each). Fold, press, and sew clean hems on all 4 sides. Note: Please quote separately for a standard simple double-fold hem vs. a premium mitred corner finish. Insert and securely stitch one brand label into the side hem of each towel. Deliver flat, neatly pressed samples with clean corners and no loose threads. Requirements: Must have your own industrial or heavy-duty sewing machine, iron, and matching quality thread. Experience with flat manufacturing, homewares, or commercial textile finishing. High precision and neatness are essential as these are initial pilot production prototypes. I’ve already purchased the shirts, and they are currently coming in the mail. I’m mainly looking for someone experienced who can confirm the designs are possible and give a quote to complete them. Top 1: Use a flannel shirt for the sleeves and sides Use the graphic t-shirt for the centre/front panel Top 2: Mostly a flannel shirt Replace the back panel of the flannel with the graphic t-shirt design The goal is to keep the graphic visible while combining it with the flannel.
