I’m looking for an experienced sewing machine technician nearby to repair and fully service my Singer 306K. It was working well, but it suddenly stopped sewing this morning, so I would like it to be thoroughly checked. Please include your price, availability and what the service covers, such as inspection, cleaning, oiling, adjustments, repairs and testing. I’m a student, so I’m hoping for a reasonable, student-friendly price. Thank you!

I'm after a tailor or experienced sewer to alter 4 men's dress shirts. I'd like the curved shirttail hem removed and replaced with a straight hem, shortened to a cropped, boxy fit.

Seeking a Sewer / Seamstress to alter a dress I’d like to wear for a wedding in January. I had it measured at a tailor and they suggested 6cm total width add in 3 cm either side of the zip in a v shape ( see image). Unsure of how far down it needs to be altered to however, see image for rough alteration. Will need to be re-measured. The Tailor suggested the zip be unpicked and resewn in with two v shape panels either side in order for the dress to fit. I’ll provide the fabric.

Hand sew small labels onto 110 pre filled wheat packs as per photos. Hand stitching must be similar to photo. Wheat packs and labels will be couriered once task has been assigned. Task needs to be completed by Thursday 17th September in the afternoon.

The dress is a long, pleated style with an inner lining, so experience with pleating and structured garments is highly preferred.
