We are seeking an experienced, licensed asbestos removal contractor to remove and make safe a section of asbestos formwork located on the underside of the roof slab at Level 8 of an apartment building in Mosman The damaged area is shown in the attached photo. Scope of Works * Inspect the damaged asbestos formwork. * Safely remove all loose and damaged asbestos-containing material in accordance with NSW asbestos regulations. * Dispose of all asbestos waste at a licensed disposal facility. * Thoroughly clean and decontaminate the work area. * Repair/reinstate the soffit after asbestos removal (or provide a separate quote if repair is not included). * Leave the area safe, weatherproof and ready for painting if required.
