Either hire of a truck ( normal licence) to move a few heavy items to Bli Bli 4 hrs..... or you drive it, I don't really need help with moving the stuff, just the truck. If decent sized truck only one trip will be needed.

I don’t think all together more than one good truck load, we can help moving just aren’t game enough to drive a truck.

As the house has already been cleared out of most of our personal materials (the rubbish!), it shouldn't be too hard a task.
