We have a heavy wooden work bench that we need to get down a staircase that is a winder style staircase. A trolley might be needed?

Hi there, I'm moving apartments in the same building (only 2 years old) and require manual help (ideally 2 people) with no trucks/vans since the move is internal to a building with an elevator. Items to be moved include a bed, mattress, couch, television, entertainment unit, bookshelf, washing machine and dryer and possibly some small/medium items. I foresee this not taking more than 2 hours. The elevator will be locked for our use.
