Hi there, We are moving items from our unit into my mums garage and some into storage facilities right near my mums place. A good sized van like a high top one or a small truck would be best. It could be done in a smaller one as the destination is only 6 mins or 3.5kms away so it could be done in smaller trips if that's OK with you. Most of the items are packed in tea chests and half.tea chest moving boxes and a fre larger things like a washing machine, coffee table, side table, TV cabinet, kayak and other assorted items We are on the 3rd floor but it's only going downstairs as the garage has no stairs which makes for easy unloading.

88kg sofa bed has been delivered but delivery fee did not include taking it up stairs. Still in all plastic wrapping it will definitely fit down hallway and inside the bedroom door upstairs. Inside stairs May be an option but looks a bit too difficult to me given the clearance above and the bend. Alternative is it goes down about 5 front steps back outside, up a sloping side path then up these outside stairs in photo. Given width it would need to be lifted over the gate in the photos so please take into account it's 88kg.
