I am getting a new couch and new bed delivered Saturday afternoon. I need someone, maybe two people, to take my old couch, coffee table and old mattress down to the hard-rubbish disposal area in my basement. You will have access to an elevator. From the elevator to drop off area is about 80-100m (not sure).

We are moving house and need some assistance moving boxes and a few furniture items (already packed) from our apartment into a trailer. We have 4 people involved in the move already assisting, but one of us has had recent surgery and another has injuries from a car accident, so we just need some extra hands to ensure we can move within the time frame allocated by our apartment building. We need someone either between 1-3 or 2-4, for 2 hrs, $75/hr. We do not require a truck, it is literally just to help pack boxes and a few furniture items into a trailer we have already hired for an interstate move that my parents are driving for. We have also hired a ferry vehicle to move everything from the lift in our building to the trailer. If someone is able to help in from either 1-3pm or 2-4pm, that would be amazing.
