We have a Villeroy and Boch shower head - i think this is the model (previous owners installed, so I’m not 100% this is the model but it looks identical) https://www.harveynorman.com.au/villeroy-boch-embrace-200-shower-system.html The top of the shower head has fallen off and we think it has snapped internally and can’t get back on. I suspect we need a replacement…. This is the task! ASAP if possible because the smaller section of the shower is awful, so ideally looking to replace asap to have a working shower again. I will purchase or reimburse the replacement - but looking for guidance if it needs to be exactly the same or can be another type/brand. Updating pricing - it appears most offers are for initial call out to see the issue (which makes sense). Given this task would require additional materials and a second installation fee, I’ve updated the budget accordingly. Please feel free to remove offer if you have already made an offer.

Tell me how to remove this shower head, never seen one with copper tube running inside of it. Tried turning top from rain shower it just turns with the copper pipe, no clearance to just spin it off, tried grub screw at inlet mount but it doesn’t come off the wall either, not sure if it clicks off or what?
