Property is a rental, new tenants have just moved in and found the kitchen faucet leaks from the base when turned on. Possiblity faulty O ring. No photos of the shower head unfortunately. The tenants' description was a bit weird. It sounds like the water coming out may be dirty or discoloured. I think a bit was lost in translation.. Shower head is leaking / dripping water. The shower head has already been replaced; however, this did not resolve the issue. As the water continues to drip even when the tap is fully tightened, the issue is likely related to a faulty tap , and the tap may need to be replaced to fix the problem.

Need a broken showerhead replaced. It's just the usual bunnings one, simple screw on. I'd do it myself but I'm not in Adelaide. It's in a unit on Flinders street that has visitor parking. You'll have to pick up the shower head from bunnings, I'll pay for that on top. This task is for the labour only.
