I have a shower head that’s loose from the wall that needs to be secure. I also have a kitchen tap that is loose that needs securing. I have also a toilet holder that’s a bit loose.

I recently had the wall mounted shower taps installed (the one shown in the attached photo). About one month after installation, the shower head started leaking even the taps were fully turned off. I have tried replacing the tap valves with several different types. Each time, the leak stopped for a few days, but then started again. I am looking for an experienced plumber to fix the leaking problem properly on site, rather than just replacing the valves again.

Plumber needed to install detachable shower head in shower & remove pre-existing hardware. I am disabled & use a shower chair. This shower head is being installed as a necessary home modification to make the shower accessible & safe for me to use. NDIS paid for the new shower head, but not for a plumber to install it.
