I am looking for a skilled plasterer or experienced handyperson to repair a significant hole in a ceiling and fix several small imperfections around the house. The leak causing the original ceiling damage has long been fixed. Task includes securing all the patches, flushing, sanding, and painting the repaired area so it blends in. Image 1 & 2: Repair a cut-out hole approximately 35cm x 59cm. Note: We still have the original plasterboard cutout piece if it can be reused to make the job easier. Image 3: Hole behind toilet door (~2cm x 2cm). Image 4: Existing poorly repaired hole behind front door (~3cm x 2cm). Image 5: Existing poorly repaired tear near front door (~6cm x 8cm). Image 6: Remove and patch 2x nylon plasterboard anchors (~1.5cm diameter each). Image 7: Hole in upstairs toilet (~1.5cm diameter). Image 8: 2x holes in master bathroom (~1cm diameter each). I will provide the matching paint for both the walls and the ceiling. Can you provide all plaster, joining compound, tape, sanding tools, drop sheets, and painting tools (brushes/rollers) required for the repairs. Please provide a quote for the complete job, including labour and the repair materials listed above. Thank you.

Description: My ceiling/wall-mounted IKEA curtain rods have fallen down after being pulled, causing damage to the plasterboard where the brackets were attached. The existing screw holes are torn and will not hold screws again without repair. Scope of Work: • Inspect existing damage (plasterboard/ceiling above window). • Patch and repair damaged holes in plasterboard so surface is strong enough to hold hardware again. • Supply and install heavy-duty hollow wall anchors or secure into ceiling joist/stud if possible. • Reattach existing IKEA curtain rods and brackets securely. • Ensure final result is neat, level, and safe for daily use.
