I am looking for a skilled plasterer or experienced handyperson to repair a significant hole in a ceiling and fix several small imperfections around the house. The leak causing the original ceiling damage has long been fixed. Task includes securing all the patches, flushing, sanding, and painting the repaired area so it blends in. Image 1 & 2: Repair a cut-out hole approximately 35cm x 59cm. Note: We still have the original plasterboard cutout piece if it can be reused to make the job easier. Image 3: Hole behind toilet door (~2cm x 2cm). Image 4: Existing poorly repaired hole behind front door (~3cm x 2cm). Image 5: Existing poorly repaired tear near front door (~6cm x 8cm).
