Our property has a cracked ceiling - approx 1 sq metre area . It has been repaired before and is cracking again . We need repair with expansion joint / solution to allow for minor ground movement.

Plaster repairs: 1 x large repair 1300mm long x 1000mm wide. 1 x small repair 110mm wide x 110mm long. Please make an offer, I have only put $10 as budget as I don't really know what the cost will be.
