Rental property - bathroom renovation. Bathroom has been gutted and gyprock needs to be repaired/replaced in preparation for tiler. There is also a second door in the bathroom which I would like removed and closed up on either side (walk in wardrobe on the other side). We have removed old wardrobe ahead of new wardrobes being installed. Need to repair wall damage where the wall won’t be covered by new cupboards. The exposed bit will be the back wall, 30cm of the adjoining wall as well as a small section as you walk into the room, circa 20cm each side. Total width needing fixing will be slightly bigger than the exposed area - approx 40cm+40cm+25cm+25cm+260cm =390 cm We won’t repair the sections that will be covered by the new wardrobe. We also need the skirting boards removed.
