Small area (750x1250) of plasterboard has been cut (roughly) to size & placed in ttbe ceiling but not taped or filled. I also have 'platform ladder, tape & premix; as sell as sandpaper so you *ONLY* need knife (cut tape) & trowel (apply & smooth mud) I just need it to be finished ready for painting so ... you turn up, tape up, mud up, clean up & I'll pay up (+ a Cooper's Green stubby, if UR>18yo). I could also discuss your painting it with white (water-based) paint, to match ceiling, if interested? The cornice has cracks and is coming away from the render (side wall) and gyprock ceiling. The cornice is made of plaster and requires to be secured back, possibly with a screw to support future house movement. I am looking for someone who has the equipment (ladder platform/scaffold/lift) to access this cornice via a Void area. Touch up with ceiling paint if needed (I will supply the paint). Plaster the ceiling where it fell and paint in Carlingford NSW. To save many asking what needs to be done and make offers, I would like to provide some details as follow: -Measurement of the room 4.8 x 4.8mt, but the damaged part of the ceiling is approximately half the room (see images) -supply material and replace the damaged ceiling, and install a 90 mm Cornice -reinforce the rest of the ceiling to ensure they are safe and won’t fall apart -Apply coat plaster, sand, prime, seal, ready for paint. Hi My bathroom has cracks at the joins of plasterboard. I would like fixed and possibly repaint

One place is like a small round tennis ball size, wall plaster got cracked when my son hit his head accidently on the wall. The other place is a small hole made by trowing a sharp toy to the wall.
