Looking for a casual photographer to take pictures for a lunch event

My brother has started a Hyrox fitness training company and will be running some early classes on 12th October. I’d like to get a professional photographer to go to one of the classes and take a range of high quality photos, videos that can be used for website, social media and general marketing material. There are two classes in the morning, each is roughly 1 hour, and they may go for a coffee or something social after which might be nice to capture to. I feel just capturing the first class should be enough, so assume 1.5-2 hours work?

I am looking for a student to take some photos at my son’s 21st birthday. I don’t need them to be particularly professional and could even just be taken on an iPhone. It is more about the person being there to snap people as they arrive, the speeches happening and then just making sure to get plenty of photos of groups and also candid shots. The person would need to be confident and outgoing enough to approach groups of people to take their photo, as well as simply candid shots of the night. Arrival would be around 7pm to 10pm.

I have a Synology 1821+ that is too full and I am considering either upgrading to larger drives while trying not to loose years of footage stored on it, or setting up a new server and using the other one for a backup. Problem is we are running the company every day so needs to be set up or fixed quite urgently
