Styling 3 bed room units for sales - Due date: Flexible

Gear required: Camera (1080P 50fps), Gimbal, Wireless Lapel Mic, Drone, Wide Angle Lens (Between 10-18mm), Lens (24mm-50mm) Drone of the property, we usually do this first if we've beaten the agent to the property. We only need 5 shots really. Like a panorama of the suburb with and without the property in the shot. This will be for the logo and intro titles. Drone of the front of the house, a birds eye view of the property (happy for you to be creative with this i.e rotating and lifting, or lifting without rotating) - If you can get any shots birds eye view of pool areas / areas of interest at the property. Camera/Gimbal: We want shots that are moving forwards in motion. We do not want any panning shots (tripod looking pans) only shots on the gimbal that look like we're moving smoothly, slowly, and cinematically. Shooting in 50fps allows us to half speed it in post, which helps smooth this out, but it does help if its shot very stable on the day. We need shots of the front of the home, all areas of interest, all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Go through with a Wide Angle lens, and at the end, if you have time within the hour, go through and grab cinematic/architectural shots of the home. Don't focus on furniture or kitchen utensils, but do focus on architecture and your symmetry. Agent Intro/Outro - Make sure the agent is comfortable, happy and if they're stuck for words, get them chatting about the property/suburb/features. Tell them we can overlay them with shots of what they're talking about (this makes them feel better normally) and we only need a few seconds "Welcome to XYZ Avenue, I'm XYZ from ABC Real Estate" - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 19 July 2023
