Looking for someone to 1) lift out the brick pavers in area marked in yellow below, 2) scrape away the old, damaged sand or dirt bedding layer. Add fresh gravel or sand to fill the low spot, then compact and smooth it flat so it sits lower than the surrounding edges 4) relay the bricks in original pattern (as close as possible), and 5) sweep in fresh joint sand.
