Find an experienced paint stripping expert in WA

Hi I need someone to fix some things, the back decking needs to be re attached and possibly oiled? The fly screen needs to be fixed in the toilet and I need to attempt to get this paint off the paving.

Strip all paint off wooden door frame and window frame. Will be varnishing wood after completion so only plastic scrapers can be used to not damage wood underneath paint. Suspect paint may contain lead but unable to confirm. Home was built 1988

Need dried spray-paint overspray/spills removed from a painted balcony surface before a rental inspection! Looking for someone experienced with paint removal who can remove it carefully without damaging the underlying paint/coating. Small affected areas; photos attached :)

Looking for someone with automotive panel experience to sand back and prepare my van bonnet panel (for painting). This should include any priming required. That’s the whole job. Looking for someone to remove paint from doorframes carefully so as not to remove paint from all. Previous owner painted the walls without care for the frames. Caution would beed to be exercised if sanding to avoid edges accidentally being sanded down.

I expect each set of legs to take about 20 minutes with the easier ones about 10 to 15 minutes. If you’re a good sprayer earn more by spraying these legs too. Can airtask that seperately or negotiate with me to complete the whole job.
