I’m looking for a professional or company with proven experience in concrete surface preparation and painting to restore my balcony. Scope of work includes: • Strip back all existing paint from the balcony (approx. 1.5m x 12m). • Prepare and clean the concrete surface thoroughly. • Repair any dents, chips, cracks, or surface damage as needed. • Apply appropriate primer/sealer for concrete. • Repaint the balcony with durable exterior paint (to be discussed/supplied). • Ensure clean, even finish with long-lasting results. Notes: • I do not want resurfacing or structural changes (to avoid strata approval requirements). • Looking for quality workmanship with examples of similar jobs completed. • Please provide details of your experience, approach, and estimated timeframe.

I have a garage that is measured at 6.5m by 5.5m that I would like to have the paint stripped back to its original concrete state. There are patches of it that have been done but just need the overall surface to look the same as the original concrete state.
