I need someone with a high pressure (4000psi) sandblaster to get paint off an old concrete block wall. The wall is about 5x3m. Easy access.

Hi there , I need help, Please Remove tape , remove seal and peel film , remove tape residue , remove putty as this has been done over the tape , re do putty on windows. Painter has left the job unfinished and has done putty over the tape so all the putty has to come out of these 7 sash windows. There is seal and peel film on the inside of windows and tape and paint on outside of windows , it is very slow going for me, have also had multiple people accept job and then not show up. $300 per day or make me an offer , might be a couple days work , maybe more. The two doors have seal and peel film over the lead light which is very hard for me to get off , or I am using the wrong chemicals, see image.
