Just trying to look bright and airy. 3m x 4m Bedroom. 2 coats and leave wallpaper on 1 wall. 5m x 1m Hallway. I coat 4m x 4m Dining room. 1 coat. 4m x 5m lounge room. 1 coat. 1 wall in bedroom, 2 coats. Skirting and picture rail was probably oil paint, so light sanding needed? Now using water based paints. Skirting same colour as wall. Paint supplied. You supply brushes and rollers.

I have a 4 bedroom home that needs the interior walls and ceilings painted. They’re currently white, and are being repainted white. I have already patched and sanded any holes from photo frames etc. They were last painted in June 2023. Not in bad condition. I have attached an image of the floor plan. To have 3 rooms painted Walls sanded and patched, gapped and painted, full sand on woodwork, patched gapped, primed on floor to wall and painted. Painter would provide all paint, gaps, primers, patch, tape, plastic sheet, etc included.

Paint 2 coats, 3 double bedrooms, hallway, dining room walls/celings/doors require painting. The kitchen, sunroom, study, pantry part walls only and ceiling require painting. The bathroom, toilet, laundry ceiling only requires painting. You supply all paint, labour & equipment . The 3 bedrooms walls, all ceilings and doors are oil based paints and the rest of the walls is water based paint. One of the bedrooms needs patching render on one of the walls. 4 rooms walls only, paint supplied. Room one 3.7m x 3.4m x 3m (height) Room two 3.5m x4.3m x 3m Room three 3.6m x 3.6m x 3m Room four 4.8m x 4.7m x 3m plus an extra couple metres above kitchen bulkhead. Just walls need painting, matt finish. Skirtings, window sills etc do not need painting. Ceilings do not need painting. Walls are generally in good condition- just light prep/minimal to nil patch req. not much fiddly work- there are picture rails in 2 rooms and a wardrobe in each. I will supply the paint. You will need brushes, prep equipment, drop sheets ladders.

Under my TV I had a cable hider which has now been removed (cables now in the wall) and adhesive mark below TV needs to be filled and painted. I have managed to get the adhesive off and it’s taken away some paint which has left 2 gaps needing filled and painted.

Paint a 4 bedroom, 2 storey house, all white, no doors, no skirting

I need house painting for inside house. Single storey 3 bedroom, bathroom, ensuite, lounge/dining, kitchen, laundry. 2 coats for wall, ceiling, door/window frame and doors. All one colour (minimal cutting).

Paint 2 x walls inside industrial unit in Brookvale. The walls are 9M high and 15M long. The lower section does not need to be painted due to 1.5M high wall padding. So total area to be painted is 4.5M x 30M =135 SQM of concrete wall. 1 x single coat will suffice. All pant provided. Electric scissor lift &/or ladders also available. All drop sheets and paint rollers etc provided if necessary. Work can be done in evenings or in the weekend if necessary.

4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up. Please let me know what you think it’s worth to paint. We are happy to leave the roof the colour it is, we just want the walls painted. You would need your own drop sheets because we just had brand new carpet installed We would like it done soon if possible.

Require a professional painter who can provide invoice for tax purposes. Job is interior paint of small 2br house. 2bedrooms, combined kitchen/dining, living room, small bathroom and laundry. Wash walls then repaint 2 coats of ceilings, walls, window/door frames/skirting, 6 x doors. + 2 exterior wooden window frames. You'll need to provide drop sheets to cover furniture, tools and clean up afterwards. We'll help to move furniture as best we can but tenants are living in the house. Budget is for the job, we'll cover paint if you supply a receipt. We're flexible on when this happens but can't be Nov 14-30.
