Rooms: • Living/dining — 3.8 x 6.3m • Bedroom — 2.8 x 3.8m • Kitchen — 3.0 x 3.4m • Bathroom — small, approx 2 x 2.5m Scope: • Remove 2 wall-mounted shelves in the living room and patch. Remove all wall/door hooks and brackets throughout and patch. • Patch and sand holes, cracks and uneven areas throughout. Repaint window frames throughout where paint is peeling or timber is exposed. • Paint all 4 rooms • Paint doors and door frames • Living room and bedroom have a picture rail, wall colour below, white above and on ceilings • 3m ceilings I'm supplying all paint. Happy to buy primer/undercoat too

Painting required for two bedrooms and entry hallway, plus 3 solid internal doors in these areas. We also need to paint Laundry sliding door and the main front entry door: paint only the inside face, exterior side does not need to get painted. Kitchen and living areas are excluded, no painting required. Work scope: 1. Fill nail holes and wall blemishes, light sanding to smooth surfaces before painting. 2. Mask window frames, power points Carpet protection is not needed, old carpet will be removed for hybrid flooring right after painting. 3. Paint bedroom walls, hallway walls, solid internal doors and wardrobe outer frames. Ceilings stay unpainted. 4. I will provide all paint materials, you prepare the rest. 5. Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. Bathroom walls and ceiling need painting - some minor scraping, sanding and wiping down surfaces will be required as part of the preparation. Paints are already purchased and if necessary the equipment can also be provided. Best if you can bring your own ladder though. It is a small bathroom, should be able to do the job in one day.
