Paint a 4 bedroom, 2 storey house, all white, no doors, no skirting

Paint 2 x walls inside industrial unit in Brookvale. The walls are 9M high and 15M long. The lower section does not need to be painted due to 1.5M high wall padding. So total area to be painted is 4.5M x 30M =135 SQM of concrete wall. 1 x single coat will suffice. All pant provided. Electric scissor lift &/or ladders also available. All drop sheets and paint rollers etc provided if necessary. Work can be done in evenings or in the weekend if necessary.

4 bedroom house needing a paint refresh. We have purchased all the paint we need but we are not good at painting so after one room, we have given up. Please let me know what you think it’s worth to paint. We are happy to leave the roof the colour it is, we just want the walls painted. You would need your own drop sheets because we just had brand new carpet installed We would like it done soon if possible.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned and empty before painting begins. Scope of work: Walls only: repaint throughout from light blue to standard white (approx. 52 m² apartment). Doors, frames, and skirting boards: freshen up with semi-gloss/enamel. Minor patching: already done in most areas, but please allow to tidy any small spots that may have been missed. Kitchen/bathroom: Use appropriate moisture/mould-resistant paint. Details: Colour: Standard white (currently light blue walls, white trims, and white ceilings). Ceilings: not included (popcorn ceiling, to remain as is). Apartment condition: Empty, freshly cleaned. Access: Ground-floor apartment, easy access, no stairs. Parking: Free street parking available. Just had my crappy 80s windows replaced, so need the ceilings, architraves, door trims, stairwell and a few walls painted. Plastering has been done and sanded. Floors will be replaced 1st Sep, so need the painting completed before then. Approx 165 m2 ceilings, 2.3 high.
