A small 144m2 3 bedroom single level house which needs a fresh paint. There is 2 small bathrooms (ceilings, doors and frames only to paint), small living areas. I'd like to paint over existing walls and ceilings with similar colours (mainly white on white with about 3 grey feature walls). The ceilings have down lights. There are some hairline cracks around some cornices and window framing that I'd like repaired before painting as well. It's low 240mm ceilings. Doors, skirting and frames are painted in semi gloss white. If you can let me know a rough cost please.
