Prepare all surfaces by sanding and cleaning to ensure smooth and dust-free finishes etc Patch up old gyprock areas, especially where cupboard have been removed (as pictured). Requires rendering /skimming and minor repair / replacement of cornices and skirting for that cupboard area Paint walls, ceilings, ensuring an even application and coverage. Doors, trim with existing oil based paint excluded. Apply two coats of paint for a pristine finish. Ensure that the existing flooring is protected throughout the painting process. Clean up painting supplies and any spills or drips, leaving the home in a tidy condition. All paint will be supplied. House is in Strathfield. ASAP start.
