I have been preparing my house for sale, and let's just say my painting skills well at least the cutting in and some prep areas need improving. I have all the paint, and I make a mean coffee. Rooms that need minor work Hallway, dinning room. More work, Lounge,. Caulking and ceiling paint (half done). A little more: caulking, cutting in, ceiling painting. 2 X bedrooms I will only formally accept quotes after site site visit. Need your skill and brushes - basically bring the talent.

Brick walls in office and laundry excluded from scope. Please specify whether quote includes paint supply or labour only Preference for painters who can complete within a defined timeframe.

3 walls and ceiling 6.3 x 7.6 with 3.3m high ceilings Requires some prep but no holes or damage Paint and consumables will be reimbursed separately

Shed interior 20m x 8 m x 3m. Existing paint on 120 square metres. Photos show new top section. There is easy access to the walls and the bench around is strong and you can use it for access. New plywood areas will need undercoat plus 2 coats. New end section needs careful cut in around glass blocks and doorway. merbau trim not to be painted. End section is new plywood. Paint supplied but you bring your gear athough there is some gear here from previous painting jobs. TASK IS FOR 2 FULL WORK DAYS OF 16 HOURS. I have blokes here who will assist with moving the gear out of your way. Park next to the job & any time that suits you if you want to work weekends. More work to do if we are on the same page. Paint is premium Taubmans plus some Wattyl. All paint is acrylic/water based.

Looking to get house interior paint fixed up. After someone to come out and have a look, and shoot through a quote to fix up and paint the affected areas in the house. quote or provide me with a rough estimate for painting a townhouse interior doors 9 x gloss internal doors and surrounds need repainting. I believe they are oil based and have yellowed over time painted about 10 years ago.

Having new carpets laid on 28th Nov, need walls and woodwork touching up before then. Original colours being retained. Window frames are probably the worst areas.

Edit: Needing some paint work done on father’s house. He’s wanting his whole house repainted (outside) and some walls inside (room) and possibly lounge/hallway and maybe kitchen. I’ve put up a dummy budget just to post task.
