Find an experienced interior house painter in Inner West Sydney

Paint the interior walls and skirting of a 3br house - no ceilings, no doors. 2 bedrooms, 1 smaller/study room lounge, dining, small kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry. The house is empty, I can supply the paint.

Another tradie has knocked part of tbe wall out, to check for water penetration. They then applied a rough substance (concrete?) And then water based epoxy over this. I have painted over this previously without success as the rough concrete? patch remains rough underneath the paint I need someone to use filler or something to cover the small rough texture patch on wall, mimicking roller paint texture in room, so that i can later paint over it, hiding the difference in texture. There is also the issue of colour difference however, am not sure if it will show through 2 coats of paint. Bunnings paint department recommended filler and sanding. I have also purchased these products. However, i want the filler to mimic the texture of the rest of the paint in the room (applied with roller). I dont believe i have the skill to achieve this. Need someone to help.
