Two sides of the house require washing where it is high on one side and low on the other. It will need to be broom or soft wash as the paint is nearing 8 years and starting to become unstable. There is an option for a small section of the front as well if I can afford your services.

I am looking for a painter who can paint 3 sides of my house including the high sections of my house and the guttering. And also the inside of the carport roof and weatherboards. There is no prep required, it is just the painting. I would like it completed before the end of September/early October. Happy for someone to work after hours and on the weekend. I can supply paint if required. The first photo is the colour scheme - TRIM/gutters Dulux Black Caviar and Weatherboards are Dulux Natural White (double). Windows and trims are standard white. I have just started renting and old house in Paddington. I need wallpaper removed and walls painted. House is currently empty. I’ve started removing some of the wallpaper and it’s coming off pretty easily so far. I had a painter I’ve used for projects that was booked but he hasn’t shown up and has gone quiet. That was last week and I can’t keep having an unknown timeframe. It’s a weird house but it’s essentially the size of a 3 bedroom with a small study. I’ll buy the paint. Paint balcony balustrades, all external poles and front door white. Please supply paint. Note that the house is very high in some areas. Price negotiable. Please see attached photo - the areas that are currently dark purple are to be painted white (except for the roof gutters). If you can do the gutters too though, please quote with gutters included.
