Summary - full removal in 2 rooms (1x on ceiling, 1x on walls) - in various/targeted areas and rooms around the house (+5 more rooms?), e.g. on door frames, windows and wood areas

We have a sizeable amount of pavers/brick that in all the rain have built up moss & mould on them. We also have a couple of spots on some brick walls that we would like pressure cleaned to remove mould/moss as well. One brick area in specific will likely need a fair amount of effort in order to remove the mould/moss that has grown on/top of it. I can supply images on request - but we can negotiate if the work requires additional payment if it takes longer than anticipated. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 19 May 2022

In need of someone to paint 2 coats undercoat and 2 coats top coat on flat pack cubbyhouse. Job must be completed prior to Xmas eve. Picture of cubby design attached but it is unassembled so a total of 30+ panels/pieces images & dimension's attached. To paint mainly walls of a single storey home in Epping. This requires painting Entrance (small), Lounge, dining, entrance, kitchen/family room, 4 small bedrooms, laundry and 2 bathrooms and a small window in kitchen.

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for cutting in and attention to detail including protecting fixtures. Scope of the work : At least Two coats on Walls of 4 bedrooms (8, 9, 14 & 15 sq metres on the floor plan), toilet, small bathroom, hallway. Only 2 bedrooms need the ceiling done, no plaster repairs needed as they have already been done.

Rooms include: - small bathroom - large kitchen - regular living room - large bedroom - hallway - small sunroom Please note: this is an end-of-lease clean so extra attention to detail is required. The house is old & paint is peeling, so a careful touch is required. I would also like the following tasks included: - clean bathroom exhaust fan - install new light globe in kitchen (I’ll provide the globe, I just can’t reach as ceilings very high).
