I am looking for a professional who can do a good rendering for the front exterior area of my property. My preference is texture coating but happy to discuss options.

I'm looking for someone that can sand back some ageing wood areas, seal and prime, then paint. One area is on a roof area and the other is just next to the eaves. Looking for brilliant white as an outcome. Prefer qualified painter with appropriate equipment and safety standards.
