We need someone to neatly paint under the eaves around most of the house. Just the white part in the pictures.

I need my front exterior door prepared and repainted to make it presentable for sale.
The existing dark brown door has some paint scraped/chipped off, particularly around the bottom.
Please lightly sand/prep the damaged areas, fill/prime if required, and repaint the door with a suitable exterior paint for a neat, fresh finish.
Please include all paint, primer, materials and labour in your offer.
I am selling the house, so I'm looking for a good cosmetic result rather than extensive restoration.

We have a newly built granny flat that needs exterior paint , including one side with eve? Has James hardie weatherboard on the top half and James hardie sheet at the bottom. Has pre primed timber window architraves. Measurements are as follows; 6mx2.4 x2 ( only one side has window & weatherboards) 10mx2.4 ( only one side has window, slide door and weatherboards).
