Plus check corner of ceiling, incase of water damage? Touchup corner inside shower corner screen - may need silicone? Touchup spots throughout main house in all rooms where scuff marks/dents, already filled and sanded, just requires a touch up of paint: Bedrooms 2,3,4 require a couple dents filled, sanding, plus cover repairs with 1 coat of paint. Feature wall Straighten side wall in main lounge on both sides Main toilet, laundry and kitchen requires silicone fill on top of tiles - approx 5 - 6 m in total Kitchen/laundry bulk heads x 3 require an additional sanding, plus final coat of paint. Kitchen Window - Fill putty 3-5 screw holes in frame and sand base of frame, vanish. Varnish front door step Family Room - Check 3 x ceiling door ways and paint, plus 2 cornice cracks/plaster side edge of walls (near spare rooms). Sliding Door wall to be painted approx 2.5 x 2.7 (already gyprock replaced, plastered and sanded). Office Window Bed 3 - leaking ? Granny Flat/Villa - Decking Area Pressure clean, light sand, 2 coats of oil - advise best solution/products. I need to paint and seal the front exterior of my house very soon. Apart from looking shoddy, it has leaks around all the windows as the builder never sealed the gaps, and I'm about to put roller shutters on the bay window and want to paint before installation. Must caulk around all the windows and other gaps to ensure the house is water tight so I can begin repairing the interior of the house. Am looking to keep the same colour scheme. Paint needs to be extremely weather proof as the front gets strong sun exposure. The gable 'post' (the wooden stick-thingy at the front of the two gables) may need replacing/repair as it looks pretty dried out. Painting would also include the front door and possibly the screen door also (but happy to take advice on whether that is even possible). I don't really know the square-meterage of the front but a photograph is included for estimates. I'm guessing about costs as I haven't had anything painted for a very long time - very happy to negotiate. You'll need to have your own equipment as I don't own any. I live on a corner block which has a corrugated/galvanized iron fence (approx 55 meters in length and 6 meters in height) surrounding the perimeter. It is very faded and is in desperate need of repainting. I only require the road facing side of the fence painted and I already have the paint. The fence will need to be washed down and prepared for painting too. Im looking for a painter who can prep & paint two exterior windows. Prep includes light sand,taping of edges prior to painting, one coat of prep paint & 2-3 coats of top coat paint. I have all the equipment to do the job. I'd do it myself but dont do ladders very well! Like it done asap.
